of a certificate file, private key file, and pass phrase. Once you install

these components, you can establish a secure connection using the SSL

protocol. The Quantum DX-Series system comes with a SSL certificate;

however, you can purchase other certificates and add them to the DX-

Series SSL configuration.

To access the SSL page:

1 In the Security page, click SSL.

The management frame displays the SSL page (see figure 28).

1 To enable SSL, select Enable and click Apply.

2 To add a SSL certificate, click New.

The Install SSL Certificate page displays (see figure 29).

Note: The default setting for SSL is disabled.
