To  modify analert, enter the information needed for the following

o Alert Type: This item allows you to specify the alert type. You can select

SNMP

Type or Email from the pop-up menu. For further guidance on

below.

o Event Severity: This item allows you to decide how to classify or label an

alert

according to the seriousness of the alert. You can choose an item

the

pop-up menu to categorize the alert: Disable All, Informational,

Warning,

Critical

o Destination IP: This item allows you to specify the IP address of the server

you

want to send your alert

to.

o Email Address: This item allows you to specify the e-mail address that you

want

to send your alert

to.

After entering the information in the fields, press  <Save> to save the

information

you've entered orpress <Cancel> tocancel

it.


