Turning the Library On and Off
This section explains:
• Turning On the Library
• Turning Off the Library
• Placing the Library On-line or Off-line
Turning On the Library 2
To turn on the library:
1 Verify that:
• Power cables are firmly in place
• All doors are closed
2 Push the power button located in the lower left-hand corner of the
OCP (see
figure 35).
During the power up sequence, the library performs an inventory.
The power up sequence can take several minutes.
