Capturing a Log
Snapshot 8
The capture log snapshot command creates a folder (in Windows) or
a.tgz file (in Linux) containing information about Q-EKM at a given point
in time. The folder/file contains configuration files and audit and error
logs that Quantum Support can use to troubleshoot problems with the
library. Normally you would only need to capture a snapshot when
instructed by Quantum Support.
