The OCP has an LED indicator reporting the library state (see table 35).

(SCB) LED Status 5
The SCB contains LED indicators that reports the state of the SCB and
Fibre Channel port (see
table 36, table 37, and table 38).
LED Status Problem/Status
Green solid The library is in an idle state.
Green flashing The library is busy.
Amber flashing The library is in an attention state.
Amber solid An error has occurred on the library.
